Description

Double inlet valve manifold for professional fire-fighting systems

This 2 x DSP65 / AR100 valve manifold is a hydraulic component designed to combine two water inlets (DSP65 quick couplings) into a single discharge line (AR100 outlet), while providing independent non-return protection on each inlet. It is particularly well suited to heavy-duty applications in fire-fighting networks, whether in industrial environments, public facilities or on fire-fighting vehicles (pump trucks, motor-driven pumps).

Robust aluminium construction - reliability and durability

The main body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion surface treatment. This construction guarantees excellent mechanical resistance, even in the event of prolonged exposure to humidity, thermal shock or harsh outdoor environments.

DSP65 and AR100 fittings are precision-machined to ensure a perfect seal and rapid connection, in line with fire-fighting equipment standards.

Check valves: enhanced hydraulic safety

Each DSP65 inlet is fitted with a stainless steel, spring-loaded check valve, as shown in the product photos. This system makes it possible to:

  • Prevent unwanted backflow to suction lines.
  • Secure supply in the event of simultaneous connection of two sources at different pressures.
  • Ensure safe, independent operation of each line.

Valves can be dismantled for servicing, enabling rapid maintenance without complete removal.

Difference from a standard division

Unlike a division (or distribution Y), which separates a flow without return control, this manifold is fitted with restraint devices. It is therefore essential for :

  • Avoid reverse pressure surges.
  • Protect upstream equipment.
  • Comply with fire extinguishing system requirements in accordance with NF and EN standards.

Detailed technical specifications

  • Type: Non-return valve manifold
  • Inlets: 2 x DSP65 (male fireman's quick coupling)
  • Outlet: 1 x AR100 (female quick connector)
  • Body material: High-strength cast aluminum
  • Valves: Stainless steel with spring return - removable
  • Pressure rating: 16 bar (PN16)
  • Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C
  • Application: Suction/return in fixed or mobile fire-fighting systems

Typical applications

Used by fire departments, industrial fire safety services and hydrant network installers, this manifold is indispensable for :

  • Draw-off points with multiple sources (hydrants, tanks, motor-driven pumps).
  • Temporary installations for emergency response.
  • Redundant systems on high-risk sites (SEVESO, tunnels, logistics platforms, etc.).
