The in-line foam injector with a check valve and metering valve allows a foam concentrate to be introduced into a DN40 (1-1/2") fire line to produce a foam solution that can be used directly with a compatible handheld nozzle or foam tube. Its metering valve allows for the selection of several dosing rates: OFF, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 1%, 2%, and 3%. It can be mounted on the pump, at the fire handheld nozzle, or at the facility, with a maximum downstream length of 45 m when the injector is installed on the pump. Available in 115 L/min and 190 L/min kits.

The Scotty in-line foam injector is available in three models: 60 L/min, 115 L/min, and 200 L/min. It allows foam concentrate to be injected directly into a compatible fire line to produce a metered water/foam mixture. Set at 1% and supplied without a hose, it is suitable for mobile or temporary setups where the suction device is provided separately.
