High-performance anti-static discharge hose

POLYFLUID is a reinforced flexible hose specially designed for conveying and discharging hydrocarbon liquids, and for firefighting in high-risk industrial environments. Its conductive NBR rubber lining and 3 integrated electrical continuity wires ensure conductivity <¹⁰⁶ Ω, preventing the build-up of static electricity. It combines robustness, flexibility and excellent resistance to abrasion, ageing and chemical agents.

• Textile weave: 100% high-tenacity polyester, circular weave, 2-end warp, twill weave, with 3 electrical continuity wires
• Elongation: longitudinal max. 3%, transverse max. 3
• Inner coating: high-quality, conductive NBR synthetic rubber, resistant to oils and hydrocarbons
• Outer coating: black polyurethane coating, resistant to abrasion, weathering, ozone and ageing - easy to maintain and repairable
• Anti-static properties: electrical conductivity <¹⁰⁶ Ω, PTB-tested
• Operating pressure: up to 16 bar (depending on diameter)
• Burst pressure: 30 to 60 bar
• Operating temperature: -30°C to +80°C
• Resistance: no twisting - low pressure drop
• Standard lengths: 20 m and 40 m - other lengths on request
• Color: black (other colors available from 500 m)
