Description

SOLAS/MED-Certified Marine Discharge Hose

This ultra-durable fire discharge hose is designed to meet the requirements of the marine industry. Certified to the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and compliant with international standards (DIN 14540, BS 6391:2008 Type 1, Pr EN 1924 Class 1), it offers maximum safety during operations at sea and on land.

Its high-tenacity polyester textile reinforcement and SBR/NBR rubber inner lining ensure excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, ozone, and weathering. The perfectly smooth inner wall significantly reduces pressure loss.

To facilitate the movement of a submersible unit, this hose can be used in conjunction with our HOSE-PULL system of omnidirectional casters, provided the configuration appropriate for the diameter used is selected.
