Aquaflex Star is a rubber-coated flat hose specially designed for the distribution of drinking water under demanding conditions. Thanks to its WRAS and REG 31 approvals, it meets the most stringent sanitary safety standards. Ideal for industrial applications, public utilities, emergency relief and temporary refueling, it combines flexibility, light weight and high abrasion resistance.

Technical pipe construction

Lining

Polyurethane (PU) specially formulated for contact with drinking water, conforming to WRAS and REG 31 standards.

Textile weave

100% high-tenacity polyester
Circular weave with 2-strand twisted warp yarns
Twill weave for greater flexibility

Outer coating

NBR rubber, highly resistant to abrasion, oils, fuels, chemicals and ozone. Smooth, easy-to-clean surface, ideal for intensive outdoor use.

Thermal performance

Cold resistance down to -30°C
Heat resistance up to +100°C (temporarily)
Can be used in hot water up to +23°C (in compliance with certifications)
