Electrically operated in 12 V, it features an emergency manual lever for maximum reliability in the field. Ideal for fire engines and fixed installations, it accepts 3″ inlet connections (NPT or Storz) and a 3″ or 4″ outlet (flange). It is also compatible with the Universal II series 6037 CAN wireless receiver and certain on-board monitor controls. OEMs can use their standard hardware switches with the SIT module to convert these signals into wireless commands to an Akron Brass electrical monitor.
