Description

The 7-piece foam kit (part number 1615AirFS) is an easy-to-use solution for customizing the interior of your Peli™ AIR 1615 suitcase. The foam layers are pre-cut into small cubes (Pick N Pluck) so you can simply remove superfluous parts and adjust the cushioning to your needs.

Kit includes :

  • 1× convoluted foam for lid - 5.2 cm deep
  • 2× "Pick N Pluck" foam for base - 7.5 cm thick, 1.27 cm cubes
  • 1× solid foam for base - 3.7 cm thick
  • 3× filler foams - 2.1 cm each

Use

  1. Place convoluted foam in case lid.
  2. Layer Pick N Pluck foam, then solid foam and filler layers according to desired thickness.
  3. Lay down your material, mark the area with a ribbon or pencil, then remove the cubes needed to create a custom wedge.
  4. Leave at least 2.5 cm of foam between the equipment and the walls to ensure optimum protection.
  5. Replace the foam, position the equipment, close the case and check that everything fits properly.
