Description

The 4-piece foam kit makes it easy to customize the interior of your PELI™ IM2200 Storm Case. Composed of pre-cut foam squares (Pick N Pluck) and a sturdy insert, it's designed to create custom padding without tools.

Kit includes :

  • 1 × convoluted lid foam, approx. 5.1 cm thick
  • 2 × "Pick N Pluck" foam for the base, approx. 4.4 cm thick (0.50" × 0.50" cubes)
  • 1 × solid foam for base, approx. 1.6 cm thick

Specifications

  • Material: Ether polyurethane foam, both soft and dense for excellent shock absorption
  • Pre-cut Pick N Pluck foams for fast, precise adjustment
  • Thickness stratification (convoluted, cubed, solid) for effective multi-level protection:

Use

  1. Place the convoluted foam in the case lid.
  2. Place Pick N Pluck foam in the base, followed by solid foam.
  3. Set up your equipment, mark the contours, remove the cubes to create the ideal housing.
  4. Leave a gap of at least 2.5 cm between the equipment and the walls to absorb shock in the event of impact.
  5. Replace the foam, place your equipment and close the case, checking for a snug fit.
