Description

Godiva PowerFlow 8/5 Fire Pump – 1 or 2 Outlets

The Godiva PowerFlow 8/5 fire pump is a portable, self-contained pumping solution designed for supplying fire lines, firefighting operations, and professional water transfer needs. Robust and easily transportable, it provides rapid access to a high-performance water supply, even in areas without a permanent fire hydrant system.

MMF offers the Godiva PowerFlow 8/5 in two discharge configurations: a single-outlet version and a dual-outlet version. This flexibility allows the motor pump to be tailored to the operational needs of fire departments, industrial safety teams, local governments, and emergency response professionals.

portable Motor Pump for Supplying Fire Lines

A fire pump combines a self-contained engine with a hydraulic pump to provide the flow rate and pressure needed to establish one or more fire lines. It can be used to draw water from a tank, a fire reservoir, a pond, or a natural water source, and then deliver it to emergency response equipment.

Unlike a fixed installation, a portable fire pump can be transported and positioned as close as possible to the incident site. It is therefore a solution particularly well-suited for emergency response operations, temporary protection systems, and sites requiring a mobile water supply.

Two configurations available: 1 outlet or 2 outlets

The Godiva PowerFlow 8/5 is available in two versions to meet different hydraulic distribution needs.

Single-outlet version

The 1-outlet configuration with a 2.5" discharge port prioritizes ease of use and compactness. With a total weight of 70 kg, it is a suitable solution for supplying a main line or firefighting equipment from an autonomous water source.

  • Number of outlets: 1
  • Outlet diameter: 2.5"
  • Total weight: 70 kg
  • Application: supplying a fire line or transferring water

2-outlet version

The configuration with two discharge outlets equipped with independent valves allows for the simultaneous supply of water to two lines or hydraulic systems. Each outlet can be controlled separately to adapt water distribution to the needs encountered during the operation.

This version is particularly well-suited for operations requiring multiple supply points or more flexible distribution of the available flow.

  • Number of outlets: 2
  • Outlet diameter: 2.5"
  • Control: independent valves
  • Application: Simultaneous supply to multiple fire lines
  • Advantage: flexible management of water distribution

Performance of the Godiva PowerFlow 8/5

The Godiva PowerFlow 8/5 is designed to deliver the hydraulic performance required for professional firefighting operations. Its nominal flow rate of 800 liters per minute at 5 bar allows it to efficiently supply fire pumps, while its maximum flow rate can reach 1,400 liters per minute at 3 bar.

Common Technical Specifications

  • Model: Godiva PowerFlow 8/5
  • Type: Self-contained fire pump portable
  • Nominal flow rate: 800 l/min
  • Nominal pressure: 5 bar

Why choose a 1-outlet or 2-outlet version?

The choice of configuration depends mainly on the type of operation and the number of lines to be supplied. The 1-outlet version is particularly suitable for users looking for a simple, compact motor pump designed to supply a main line.

The 2-outlet version offers greater flexibility when multiple lines need to be supplied simultaneously. The independent valves allow each discharge line to be controlled separately and enable distribution to be adjusted according to operational needs.
