Electric hose reels for DN100 or DN150 fire hoses are designed to facilitate the rewinding of flexible hoses after an emergency response, drill, or cleaning operation. Their electric motor allows for faster hose reeling than with traditional manual methods, while reducing the physical strain on operators and enabling a single person to handle the reeling process.

The DN100 model is suitable for standard fire hoses and applications requiring compact, foldable, and easily transportable equipment. The DN150 model is suitable for hoses with larger diameters that are heavier or more difficult to handle.

Two models based on hose diameter

These reels are available in two versions to meet the varying needs of fire departments, industrial sites, equipment workshops, and training centers:

• Electric reel up to DN100: compact model for flexible fire hoses up to approximately 100 mm;
• Electric reel up to DN150: reinforced model for flexible fire hoses up to approximately 150 mm.

Both versions are equipped with a 660 W electric motor powered by two 18 V Milwaukee batteries, not included. They can be used to reel up dry or wet hoses, help drain hoses filled with water, and unroll a hose that has already been reeled up using the reverse function.

What is the difference between the DN100 model and the DN150 model?

Are the batteries included with the reel?

No. Both models operate on 2 Milwaukee 18 V batteries, which are not included.

Can these reels be used with wet hoses?

Yes. They can be used with both dry and wet hoses and can also help drain hoses filled with water during equipment maintenance.
